2.1 By accessing or using Chemistomorrow (the "Website" and the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2.2 We may update these Terms from time to time (e.g., legal, security, or feature changes). The "Version" date above shows the current version. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
3.1 You must be 18 or over, or have parental/guardian consent to create an account and use the Services.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity under your account.
4.1 You must not share your login, transfer your subscription, or allow any other person to access your account.
4.2 Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, plus any reasonable costs we incur (e.g., investigation, enforcement).
5.1 Chemistomorrow provides educational content, tools, assessments, community forums, and mentoring options (where applicable).
5.2 We do not guarantee any particular result, exam outcome, job, or registration. Content is for education; it is not clinical, legal, or professional advice.
6.1 Placing an order on the Website is an offer to buy Services. We may accept or decline your order.
6.2 A contract forms when: (a) we confirm your purchase in writing (e.g., email), and (b) we receive payment, and (c) we provide access credentials (if applicable).
6.3 Each course or subscription purchased is a separate contract.
7.1 Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Payment is due at the time of purchase (or in agreed instalments).
7.3 You are responsible for any card-issuer fees.
7.4 Access to paid Services may be withheld, suspended, or revoked if payments are late or fail.
8.1 Access durations (e.g., 28-day access, 3 months and annual access) are stated at purchase.
8.2 We may add, modify, or remove features, courses, or content to improve quality, comply with law, or maintain security. We'll try to avoid materially reducing core purchased features during your active access period; if we must, we'll act reasonably.
9.1 If you are a consumer in the UK, you typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
9.2 Digital content: If you request/consent to immediate access to digital content (e.g., streaming, downloads, question banks) before the 14 days end, you acknowledge you lose the right to cancel once access begins. We'll ask you to confirm this clearly during checkout.
9.3 Events/Workshops (specific dates): These may be exempt from cooling-off rights. Where a right to cancel applies, details will be stated at the point of purchase.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights.
10.1 Our standard approach is: sales are final once access begins or tickets are issued, except where (a) you have a statutory right to cancel, or (b) a course-specific guarantee or written policy states otherwise.
10.2 If we advertise a performance/guarantee (e.g., a defined money-back or free-extension scheme), eligibility criteria and claim windows will be stated on the relevant course page and must be strictly met.
10.3 To request a refund where permitted, email [email protected] with your order ID and evidence within any stated timeframe.
11.1 You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and without disruption. Prohibited behaviours include (non-exhaustive): harassment, abuse, discrimination, doxxing, spamming, scraping, introducing malware, attempting to bypass security, or aiding exam misconduct.
11.2 Cheating (e.g., sharing answers, mass exporting/redistributing content) may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund and possible legal action.
12.1 All content and materials (text, images, videos, questions, mock papers, code, structure, look & feel) are owned by Chemistomorrow or its licensors and are protected by IP laws.
12.2 Licence: Subject to these Terms and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial study during your access period.
12.3 You must not copy, record, capture, post, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.
12.4 You must not remove or alter copyright or watermark notices.

13.2 Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive material. We may remove UGC at our discretion.
14.1 You're responsible for having suitable device(s), browser(s), and a stable internet connection.
14.2 We are not responsible for local device or connectivity issues.
15.1 We do not book external exams for you. You are responsible for monitoring deadlines and registering with the relevant body.
16.1 We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
16.2 Planned maintenance will be scheduled, where practicable, to minimise disruption.
16.3 We may suspend access to address emergencies or security issues.
17.1 The Website may link to third-party sites/tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
18.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (each incorporated by reference).
18.2 By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
19.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19.2 Subject to 19.1, Chemistomorrow will not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect or consequential loss; (c) exam outcomes or career results.
19.3 Subject to 19.1-19.2, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the total fees you paid to Chemistomorrow for the specific Service in the 12 months before the claim.
20.1 We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms (including account sharing, cheating, or IP infringement) or if required by law.
20.2 Upon termination: (a) your licence ends; (b) your access ceases; (c) clauses intended to survive termination will continue (e.g., IP, liability, privacy).
21.1 Each party shall treat the other's non-public information as confidential and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
22.1 You may not assign or transfer your rights/obligations without our consent.
22.2 We may assign or subcontract our rights/obligations provided this does not materially diminish your contractual rights.
23.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, strikes, acts of God, new legislation, pandemics).
24.1 Informal first: Please contact [email protected] with details and evidence; we'll aim to resolve swiftly.
24.2 Mediation (optional): If unresolved, either party may propose mediation in England.
24.3 Court: These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
24.4 Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
25.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, any course-specific terms, and any lawful notices at checkout, form the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings relating to the Services.
26.1 We'll contact you via the email tied to your account or via in-product notices.
26.2 You can contact us at [email protected] or by post to the address above.
